Holiday Treats

As I write this, it’s the day after Thanksgiving. This weekend, I will put up the tree and do some Black Friday/Small Business Saturday shopping. But mostly, I’m waiting for a new candy thermometer to arrive in the mail so I can get started on my annual presents of Soft and Chewy Caramels. There will be other holiday treats to attend to, like Divinity and Springerle and Cream Fudge and Mom’s Apricot Strudel. I’ll make sure all of those recipes are posted today, and will add more of the cookies and candies we love the most over the next couple of weeks. See you in the kitchen –
