- 8 ounces cooked salmon (smoked salmon is also good)
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons dried minced onion
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill or fresh tarragon
- ½ cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Process all ingredients in food processor until well blended, about 1 minute. Refrigerate until ready to use.
