Salmon Spread

  • 8 ounces cooked salmon (smoked salmon is also good)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons dried minced onion
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill or fresh tarragon
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Process all ingredients in food processor until well blended, about 1 minute. Refrigerate until ready to use.
