- 12-ounce can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
- 10 frozen cooked Italian meatballs, each cut in half
- 2 sticks string cheese, each cut into 10 pieces
- 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- Marinara sauce
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Separate dough into 10 biscuits; separate each layer into two layers. Press each biscuit layer to form a three-inch round. Place one half meatball and one piece of string cheese into the center of each dough round; add small dollop of marinara. Wrap dough around meatball, cheese and sauce, pressing edges to seal. Place seam side down in single layer in ungreased 9-inch round cake pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
Bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pan; serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
