• 16 ounces cream cheese
• ¼ to ½ cup chopped green onions
• 1 container dried (“chipped”) beef
• Garlic powder to taste

Pulse all ingredients in food processor until just blended. Chill before serving; after it’s chilled, the cheese mix can be shaped.
