- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 ⅓ cup flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons dry roasted peanuts, chopped
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine eggs, sugars, peanut butter, butter, and vanilla; beat on medium speed until well blended. Add flour, baking powder and salt, and continue mixing until smooth. Spread evenly in buttered 9-inch square pan, and sprinkle the chopped peanuts over the top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes – be careful not to overbake.
